The Work Solutions Group, LLC was founded by Brenda Cody, M.S. after she spent 22 years in corporate america and over 5 years coaching.  She continued to observe: 

       the lack of enthusiasm people had for their work
       supervisors, managers and leaders who handled change
             ineffectively
       employees who were in the wrong job/career
       work environments that did nothing to motivate
        the small changes people could make to improve their
              work experience (if only they were open to seeing it!)
        organizations and individuals who were wasting precious
              time, money & energy and not getting the results they wanted
      
There's a better way and we have proved it over and over again with our clients by:

About the Founder/CEO

Brenda Cody has her B.S. in Business Administration - Human Resources and her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling.  She's found it very helpful to have both the pragmatic, business degree and the counseling degree which helps her to understand both your professional life and your personal life.  Brenda has been married for 22 years and has a school age daughter.  She plays the flute at an adult professional level, loves cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing and knitting!
