The Work Solutions Group, LLC was founded by Brenda Cody, M.S. after she spent 22 years in corporate america and over 5 years coaching.  She continued to observe: 

        the lack of enthusiasm people had for their work
        leaders who handled change ineffectively
        employees who were in the wrong job/career
        work environments that did nothing to motivate
       the small changes people could make to improve their
              work experience (if only they were open to seeing it!)
       organizations and individuals who were wasting precious
              time, money & energy and not getting the results they wanted

About the Founder/CEO

Brenda Cody has her B.S. in Business Administration - Human Resources and her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling.  She finds it helpful to have both the pragmatic, business degree and the counseling degree which helps her understand both your professional life and your personal life.  Brenda has been married for 24 years and has a school age daughter.  In her free time, Brenda plays the flute, loves cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing and knitting!
